Behind the Scenes: Creating My Online Studio & Staying Grounded While Launching

When I dreamed of creating an online studio, I imagined freedom. Flexibility. A way to reach people wherever they are, to offer movement and breath as daily medicine.

But what I didn’t expect… was how much internal work this would require too.

Because building something from the heart takes more than a to-do list, it takes devotion, trust, and grounding.

So here’s a little glimpse behind the scenes, how this studio is coming to life, what’s been moving in me, and how I’m staying rooted in the process.

The Vision Behind the Studio

I wanted to create a space that feels like a home for your practice, whether you’re in Bali, Berlin, or your living room floor.

A space where you can show up exactly as you are, with 10 minutes or a full hour, and still feel nourished, seen, and supported.

It’s not just about yoga.

It’s about returning to your body, your intuition, your breath.

That’s the soul of this studio.

The Realities of Launching

Behind the camera, between editing flows, writing meditations, choosing music, and designing pages… I’ve been dancing between structure and surrender.

Some days I feel focused and inspired.

Other days, the self-doubt creeps in:

Will this reach who it’s meant to reach? Am I doing enough?

So I keep reminding myself, this isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.

My Grounding Practices While Building

What’s been helping me stay steady in this creative wave?

  • Morning breathwork or movement before I even open my laptop.

  • Nature breaks, stepping outside to reset my nervous system.

  • Saying no to anything that pulls me too far from my center.

  • Dance breaks in between editing and emailing. Always.

  • And most importantly… asking for support when I need it.

Creating this studio has been a practice in itself, not just of offering, but of living the practice.

What’s Coming

The studio launches May 27th, and it will open with 30+ pre-recorded classes across styles:

  • Creative vinyasa flows for different levels

  • Slow & grounding practices

  • Yin yoga & soft stretches

  • Short meditations & breathwork

  • Asana labs for challenge

You’ll be able to practice anytime, anywhere, and feel supported every step of the way.

This studio isn’t just a platform it’s a love letter.

To everyone who’s ever felt disconnected and wanted to come home.

To your body. Your flow. Your self-expression.

Thank you for walking this path with me. I can’t wait to share this next chapter with you.

With love,

Kristal
