A still, nourishing practice to soften the layers. With long-held postures and deep breath, these classes offer space to release, restore, and listen inward.

Pranayama

Breath is the bridge. These guided practices support nervous system regulation, clarity, and inner calm. Using simple, powerful techniques to awaken your life force.

Meditation

Quiet the noise, land in presence. These short meditations guide you back to center, cultivating mindfulness, peace, and connection, from the inside out.

  • Not at all. The studio is open to all levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, you’ll find classes that meet you where you are, offering options and guidance for every body.

  • A yoga mat is a great start. For Yin or restorative sessions, you might enjoy using props like blocks, a bolster, or a blanket, but these can always be substituted with pillows or books.

  • After you sign up, you’ll receive a login to your member space where all the classes are organized by style, level, and length. You can practice anytime, anywhere.

  • New classes are added twice a week, Monday’s and Thursday’s, to keep things fresh and aligned with themes, elements, and your seasonal flow.

  • Absolutely. Many classes include variations and options, especially the slower practices. Always listen to your body, and consult with a professional if you’re unsure. You are your own best guide.

  • That’s okay, some classes are just 5–20 minutes long. Even a few minutes of movement or breath can shift your energy and support your day.

  • Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account. No questions asked.

  • You’ll be part of a growing movement family. Occasional live sessions and retreats may be offered, and you’ll be the first to know when they are.
